Need The client wanted fulfill the void of women who want to opt back in to the work force but have been gone for quit some time. Whether that is from raising a family or altering career paths. We saw a need for women to have their own job board and network.

The first initial design was for a native mobile app. With these designs we created a prototype. Between user testing our prototype and gathering feedback from a focus group, we came to consensus. It was clear that for the 40+ female demographic, a Web Application was more fitting.
